As part of our commitment, Hawker Siddeley Switchgear Ltd has provided our Customers with an Incident Reporting and Management Process, which is designed to provide a simple and efficient service to our customers.
If a product requires repair or replacement under our warranty agreement, the Customer needs to complete the HSSL web site Goods Return Form and submit the form to us. The Returns Form is self-explanatory, but we have provided an explanation of how this works in the “Goods Return Process”
