Before You Ship
Shipping Checklist:
- Fault Report / Repair Form must be completed and sent to Hawker Siddeley Switchgear Ltd .
- Product is authorised to be sent by Hawker Siddeley Switchgear Ltd , who will provide you with a Reference Number.
- Cartons are marked with "FRAGILE" when needed.
- Product must be packaged to prevent shipping damage. (Return product in original carton if possible).
- A completed copy of the Goods Returned Document is enclosed.
- Display the Shipping Label provided by Hawker Siddeley Switchgear Ltd on all cartons. Hawker Siddeley Switchgear Ltd Labels and Goods Returned Documents are available to download below:

Cartons should be shipped freight prepaid. Please note that NO C.O.D deliveries will be accepted.
Please Note: All returns must follow these instructions. Failing to do so could result in the product being refused.
