Chargeable Returns
Faulty or Defective Items
If you receive an item in a faulty condition, we would ask that you return the item to ourselves using the "Goods Returns Procedure" within 10 days of purchase and receipt. We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible. We reserve our right under the "Distance Selling Regulations" to retain the costs of delivery where goods are returned for what ever reason
Items Lost in Transit
We cannot be held responsible for packages returned to us and lost or damaged in transit. As you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we strongly recommend sending the package by Special Delivery (including insurance cover) or where appropriate by door to door courier service (including insurance cover).
Replacements & Exchanges
Replacements for items that are defective or faulty sent back to Hawker Siddeley Switchgear Ltd within 10 days, will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s).
Please note, in all instances Hawker Siddeley Switchgear Ltd shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
